Custom LED Acrylic Light

Create a personalized edge-lit acrylic light featuring your choice of text. The standard $30.00 base price includes the LED light base, remote control, one standard acrylic insert, and basic text engraving.

Please note: Shipping and applicable taxes are added during checkout. Your final checkout total will therefore be higher than the $30.00 product price.

What Is Included in the $30 Base Price?

• One LED light base
• Remote control
• USB power cable
• One clear 4 mm cast acrylic insert
• A standard rectangular or gently rounded acrylic shape
• Up to three short lines of personalized text
• Basic text placement using one of our standard fonts
• A proof for approval before engraving
• Final inspection before shipping

The standard price is intended for straightforward text personalization. Text must fit comfortably within the available engraving area. Longer wording, multiple names, large amounts of text, or unusually complex arrangements may require an additional layout or design fee.

What Is Not Included in the Base Price?

The $30 base price does not include custom graphic design, logo creation, detailed artwork preparation, image tracing, extensive file cleanup, or a specially shaped acrylic insert.

Additional charges may apply for requests involving:

• Custom graphics, illustrations, or decorative artwork
• Logos that must be cleaned up, traced, or redrawn
• AI-generated images that must be recreated for engraving
• Photographs or full-color images that must be converted into engravable artwork
• Detailed borders, symbols, characters, or themed designs
• Custom-shaped acrylic, such as hearts, pineapples, animals, vehicles, or other special outlines
• Complex text arrangements or unusually large amounts of wording
• Multiple revisions after the original design direction has been approved

Custom Artwork and Design Service

If your request requires us to create, redraw, trace, clean up, or substantially modify artwork, a separate custom design fee will apply.

Custom design services generally start at $35.00.

The final design charge depends on the complexity of the request and the amount of preparation time required. We will review your request and explain any additional charge before beginning the custom design work.

A custom design fee pays for the preparation of artwork that can be properly engraved. It is separate from the cost of the LED light, acrylic material, engraving, shipping, and taxes.

Supplying Your Own Artwork

You may provide your own completed artwork. An additional design charge may not be necessary if the file is already suitable for laser engraving and does not require cleanup, tracing, redrawing, or major changes.

Preferred file formats:

• SVG
• AI
• EPS
• Vector PDF

A high-resolution black-and-white PNG may also be accepted, depending on the design.

Customer-supplied artwork should have:

• Clean, sharp lines
• High resolution
• A simple black-and-white design whenever possible
• No blurry, pixelated, or compressed edges
• No unnecessary background
• Sufficient detail and line thickness for engraving

Submitting an image does not automatically mean it is ready for engraving. Screenshots, photographs, low-resolution files, AI-generated images, and images copied from websites often require additional preparation.

If the supplied file requires cleanup, tracing, redrawing, conversion, or redesign, we will contact you before proceeding and explain any additional design charge.

Artwork Rights

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it. We may decline copyrighted, trademarked, restricted, or otherwise unauthorized material.

Proof and Approval Process

1. Place your order for the standard LED light.
2. Send your wording, artwork, and design instructions.
3. We will review the request and supplied files.
4. We will notify you if custom artwork, file preparation, or a special acrylic shape requires an additional charge.
5. When appropriate, a design proof will be provided for your review before production begins.
6. You may approve the proof or request reasonable corrections.
7. If a separate custom design charge applies, an additional invoice will be sent.
8. Production begins after the proof is approved and all required payments have been received.

Please review names, spelling, dates, punctuation, and layout carefully. Approval confirms that the design is correct and ready for production.

How the LED Light Displays Color

The included LED base can display several available colors. The light displays one selected color at a time or can cycle through its available colors.

Any multicolor preview is intended only to demonstrate the lighting possibilities. The finished acrylic insert itself is clear and engraved, and it does not permanently contain multiple printed colors.

Important Ordering Information

The base product price covers the physical LED light and standard text personalization only. Custom artwork and special acrylic shapes are separate services because they require additional design, preparation, and production time.
